I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000 hour program in 2011. I discovered the benefits of massage therapy while I was training as a competitive swimmer and triathlete. I have a wide variety of experience in treating patients ranging from athletes and office workers to pre/post natal and patients with whiplash. i incorporate a variety of treatment modalities into my treatments depending on what the patient presents with. I am trained in deep tissue massage, swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy technique, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise. My goal is to help clients achieve a more relaxed, pain-free body so that they can move through life with greater ease. At the end of a session, I typically encourage home care activities such as: postural awareness, hydrotherapy (ice/heat), stretching & strengthening exercises to empower clients to continue on their healing. Fun fact: I also teach yoga!
